  Eh I damn scared to buy the Happy $128 Top Up Card sia.

  I scared that if I buy, cannot use to pay for surfpin in runescape.

  As in, if possible, is it they deduct the money like this?

  $128 (total value) - $14 (1mth membership cost) = $114.

  Or smth else.

  Someone pls reply :l
