SkillCapes - More recognition to F2P players & enable P2P players being able to re-equipt their skillcapes in F2P.

It's nice knowing that Jagex is focusing on updates with the Freeplay world in mind. I really, well, we really appreciated the removal of the 10 second advert and things stated in your addressed letter. It showed the change in the approach of the company from profit-minded, to player in mind. =]Well, there's this issue that has irritated both members and former members (now currently F2P) with one or more level 99 skill capes. Firstly, once a player steps from a P2P world into a F2P world, all his items becomes "members items" and it becomes a hassle if the player, is to, accidentally remove an item. - and he will have to step into a P2P world to have them re-equipped. Thus, it's an hassle for a trimmed cape player to change worlds just to show his F2P friends the different capes and emotes.Secondly. On certain occasions such as an occasional trip to the GrandExchange, a level 99 skilled player players would receive requests for skill cape emotes, making it very irritating to the 99 skilled player, who would wish to keep a low profile. - For P2P players accompanying their F2P friends, it had certainly gotten on their nerves.Thirdly. Being unable to remove their skillcapes, it had caused the quality of game play to be reduced for certain players as this, had caused, F2P players wearing a skill cape, not being able to complete numerous tasks. - a few examples are - the Lumbridge achievement diary 3 - as the player has to remove his cape inorder to ride the gromecopter. Change of clothes, Hair style (if a hood is equipped) and not being able to wear their clan capes, during clanwars and clan based activities for identification, or participation in "high risk" games such as bounty hunter and fighting in pvp worlds where the cape will be lost if the player had died. It had too, made certain players quit the game, as they had accidentally removed their skill capes and it, and they do not think it's justifiable to pay another month of subscription for them to re-equip their capes.If the aim is to bring the fun to the players. Players should not be worried about such issues. You have too, sir, said so yourself that it takes a huge amount of time to get a cape. Thus in recognition of the players who had worked very hard for the 99 stat, let them have the recognition and the freedom to equip their capes as and when they like, in f2p or p2p. Just like their ability to perform the emote, in f2p or p2p, without restrictions.
