no.
just go to any secluded spot - 2nd floor of the house ect and log out.
then login to a pvp world.
fight.
then see the drops.
you must have 25k that's lost if you die. That means, it's excluded from the 3 items saved if you are not skulled and 1item if you are skulled and pray. so i would reccommend bringing 25k and skull urself so you will lose 25k.
the longer you are in pvp world, better chance of drop.
if you are in hot spots like varrock, > higher
must be longer in the pvp world ma, ours only like wad 5 mins max?:P

actually we can just stay there and.. chit chat for 1/2 hour.
maybe on the 2nd floor of zaff's shop - higher chance of drop cause in varrock.
then kill. =/
