[runescape] Is strength everything?

  it's a burning question.

  Everywhere in f2p, all players are training strength.

  From level 30s with 50 strength to level 70s with 75 strength.

  I can understand that strength is important, when you are lower levels. - in pvp situations, as both players both have low attacks and thus will miss alot. + low HP. with a higher damage. It's an obvious answer who will win.

   

  For a higher level player, it's stupid in my opinion. Take for example, both players are level 80.

  Just how much difference is 70 strength vs 75 strength? How much harder can you hit? 1extra damage?

  However, due to a higher strength, you will have lesser defence and attack, which means you will be hit more frequently and though you can hit harder, you will miss it more frequently.

  worth it?

  Why do people still play runescape.? I like quitted runescape and tried to join it back again 1 year ago, but I realised the updates was too much for me to catch up on.

  last time when i play people also train strength like siao...but i train def linstead of str.

  a friend who had the same str level as my def level fought me for fun in wilderness...he could barely inflict damage.

  so str or def better ;)
