If cycling, E Coast is not a bad idea at night, for 12 bucks you can rent quite a fantastic bike for the whole night.
But my days of renting from there are almost over, gonna get my own to call!

i already have one. but i just cant take it out =(actually for 10 bucks, you can ride from 9am till 6pm.
if u have lots of pax.

Evil sia....Day-time on the other hand, if you bike up to the Tanah Merah lighthouse, you can see the merchant vessels entering Singapore Straits at high speeds. If you're lucky, you'll get to see warships.
At E coast, all you can see are the little ones or the not moving ones.
