Holidays: drink soya bean milk - more protein and workout = muscle build. Eat vegs to recover faster
Monday do intense.
Tuesday do lesser, sleep more.
Wednes do intense
Thurs do lesser
Friday do intense
Sat rest up
Sun rest up.
Sunday rest up cause monday is starting of school
i want to make it a daily basis liao
daily, morning do 30 - 50 sits, 20 - 30 pushes (knuckles, stagged)
afternoon reach home, no rain, go for jog. time yourself.
every week set a goal what time must finish.
weekends, friday and sat, intense.
sunday rest.
ah damn!
i forgot!
i need to fast for the next month -.-
so i have to rely on night time den..
eat lunch, skipped dinner.
wait.. i forgot.. i cant eat lunch
er, then i suggest tone-in down.
do exercises like bicycle - lie on stomach then legs paddle

pull up is got techniqueone. not 100% arm strength. although arm strength plays a part.

u need ur stomach muscle too..
pull up...during the test..most dont care what pattern u pull..as long u straighten ur arm n ur chin touches the bar..
so when u train always pull the pattern u will when u take the test.
do strenght training to increase ur arm power
n go jogging/swimming to reduce ur weight
Go and run 2.4 everyday, time your self. as time past by.. sure can de..
Den.. standing board jump. go play more basket ball or something to train up your muscles at your ankle, thigh, etc.

If your goal is to strengthen your NAPFA then you should do more of your weaker stations.
If you suck at SBJ, take the initiative, use the school's mat and hop everyday on it. SBJ is not just about building the "explosive" force, it's also about having the "feel" just before you jump and your jumping technique. Train your mind to coordinate with your body.
If you suck at pull-ups, do more pull-ups. Do your max each day before your meals, it works that way.
If you suck at 2.4, run 2.4 everyday. 2.4 is more on your breathing techniques and the stride you're comfortable at.
You get the idea.
If your goal is to strengthen your body then obviously the equation changes. You should then vary your exercises to suit your needs.

Yep.
Jogging/ Swimming can increase stamina too. Swimming can increase arm strength.
