Yosh!
I'm tired of always getting bronze for my napfa due to 2.4km and standing broad jump earning only 1 point and I need to earn to 2 points to earn silver which i'm qualify for if not for the 2 @_@.
Let's start training now for the next year.
People who wants to improve with me.
lailai~
experienced fit people may care to help as well.
do this: 20 pushups in 30 seconds
then repeat for 20 sets ( every 5 minutes)
Lemme scare you a bit....your NAPFA silver = your IPPT P-A-S-S....
got money wors!
u jump how far?
no idea but I got a 1 point for it... must earn more!
yosh! 20 push-ups every 5 minutes starting 7pm~
shucks. i did 10 per 5 mins... and now my left arm starting to tremble because i carried weights beforehand with it.
too much = crazy
shud i stop or continue?
my left arm is still trembling.
i tink i go do the situps now.. if 8:00 stop trembling den i continue. if not 8:30

When I was training last time while still in the naval school, I still remember what my instructor said: Rest is part of training....
It's true....you don't have to do it everyday, nor too much, but it must be consistent.
ouh...
dis reminds me of tsunade telling lee to rest.
resting to heal is a test of ur skill as well
start training earlier so that when you're enlisted into NS, the ippt is peanuts to you..

Back in BMT.....I trained until I flunked my IPPT.
That was my army days.....I still remember my SBJ from 212 (just fail) became a dismal 187 after being made to hop around the field day by day.
But once I completed those days, really I can safely say no training was tougher than that.
Hah.....come to think of it, tough training actually helps you toughen your mental abilities actually. Back then I didn't think I was capable of all that. Now I know I am capable of that.
i was struggling when i was in sec sch.
pull-up only 4. 2.4km was 11:30+mins. bronze lor.. lan lan suck thumb.
then in JC, i join sports CCA and with 2.4km runs 2/3 times a week and all the training.... Gold was within reach easily!!
all i can say is consistency. it really pays off as seen in my two years in JC.
yep. it's a matter of the will.
I used to be a zero-fighter in school..
tell me all bout ur daily trainings so i might learn from u.

Me no formal training.....but moving my machine guns and what-nots up and down ladders and steep stairs within my ship definitely improved my strength if not maintained what I had at least.
If you don't know.....my gun weighs 25kg.....without its barrel. Its barrel weighs 9kg.
no formal training.
Just a goal.
Stand by the goal.
Everymorning, without fail no matter how tired i m -- 30 situps, 20 pushups.
now i have taken up swimming as another weekly routine (build up shoulders)
wow. ur just like me kenn3th.
except mine is nite time, 50 situps, 20 pushups.
but since it's holiday and i felt it's time to push my body to the limit.
why not?
i have so far done 200situps & 50 pushups for today.
i rather not do that @ nite.
after eating, your body is still digesting. doing so would cause food to get "clogged" or indigested.
Dont push so much, still got recovery time.
