depends on situation & shall give you a few examples..
1) if the patient collapses (no pulse, no breathing), we will of coz rush to nearest hospital..
2) if DOA cases (medical, fall from height, etc), we'll pronounce time of death then hand over to police & that's where they will call tiong aik..
