  norm is npcc or ncc.

  but due to it being a special occasion. _th anniversary, it was thus decided that both UGs will be the GOH.

  how come the other 5 flags without escort?

  school flags escort has red ! what about state flag?

  the pit stick holder usually warrant , but he do not look like WO?,some more stand on one leg

  The npcc flag escort is escorting the state flag. Npcc/spf no1, unlike ncc/saf's no1 doesnt have any red sash for it's escorts.

  The other flags originally had escorts, till.. one... person go kp that he doesnt want any one escorting his flag.

  There are no warrants in Ncc/Npcc.

  Thus, in ncc and npcc, the pace stick is held by the master sgts and cadet inspectors.
