Shade robes (robes which gives u the 2nd best bonuses for prayer in f2p and best robe defence bonuses)
have been discontinued and you would most prob nt be able to get them from shades anymore. (Need further confirmation)
Shade robes are also now non tradable. Thus this item is now classified as discontinued and rare.
If you have shade robes, pls keep them. -

from 2006 onwards, the prices of shade robes have increased. from 5k to 20k why. cause of the supply and demand.
shades seldom appear now, and their drop rates are zero.
i have fought about 10 and i got none.
unlucky, or just discontinued? -
i play since 2004 kill countless of shades also nv tio.

Shaderobes can ONLY get from members world from shade...
Although you can find shades in non member world but they will not drop any items...

The random event of Shades attacking you while you bury bones is what drops them. In F2P (Free 2 Play, free version of RS) Shades will drop nothing when you kill them. In P2P (Pay 2 Play, members) Shades always drop Shade robes. They're like Giants dropping Big Bones. It's a 100% guaranteed drop. If you want to get some try asking a member friend to get a set for you. If you're trying to sell them, try doing it on a free world and sell it to a noob for 10-50k. (Even though Shade Robes are worth nothing.) laugh.gif
