  after our last mod has spoken, puppy wins the votes by 2 votes over their opponents.
  
  By default, he shall be made the 3rd moderator.
  
  Yet, Those who wish to appeal against the decisions and the votes have 3 days till the 30th of january to appeal.
  
  Following that, a swearing in ceremony will take place.
