Is Summoning F2p - Confirmed?

But I don't think I ever doubted that summoning will be for P2P as well as F2P, instead of it being exclusively P2P. Considering that Jagex mentioned that summoning will be apart of combat and the combat level cap will raise to 138. It would be sort of silly and deceiving if Jagex gave summoning to only P2P but not F2P because combat levels will be uneven and unbalanced.
Basically I'm seeing this as a skill similar to Runecrafting, ultimately P2P will receive better benefits and more/better monsters abled to be summoned compared to F2P.
BUT
Dont be too delighted yet.
The above pics taken from other forums are pics of Jagex Mod Paul saying it is not f2p, which is faked? Or are Jagex mods contradicting themselves?
Hmm, time will tell if either one of them is correct.
For now, what are your opinions? -
More edv to support it being f2p?
and if u look at paul's conversation, he has tons of spelling mistakes.
i doubt he would want his image to be tarnish by bad spelling.
thus, can we deduce the things that paul had said are fake? -
They arent even giving us trade limits according to quest points.
I doubt they'll give us a new skill. -

ok to sum up, so far 2 different jagex mods have been saying that it's gona be f2p.
and mod paul, is the only one insisting that summoning is for p2p? -

no one gives extra 8 spaces for no strong reason, esp f2p.
duel arena and clan wars do not need bankspaces @ all.
as for the capes, i seriously doubt the 8 spaces are to stock your capes =/
8spaces = 8 capes = 2 sets of different patterns.
why would people want to buy so many capes and store it in the bank? -

Update: A fake.Wow I'm not sure how my picture ended up here but hey
I can confirm that this is 100% FAKE. I can say this because I made it. I took the "skill icon" from the Dev Diaries, coloured it up a bit and tried to fit it in with the rest of the skills. In the process I had to shave a couple of pixels off all the skills to fit in the total level, seems that I did one pixel too much on the Summoning one which some people pointed out.
I would have posted a reply to the topics in Pictures but I can't post there yet and I just wanted to put an end to the speculation surronding this
50's aren't way off, they've been like that for the last 3 skills or so. -
