Like e.g rune med 9000gp in shop.. We can only buy at price 6000 - 12000gp

I still remembered when the first person to reach 99 for construction (nt zezima) he held a party and he was invited.
he came out with his pk abilities after fighting in the battle ring. soon after, many followed suit and they started killing innocent players.
Jagex mods were awaken and rushed to control the situtation.
Player mods who were there to control the sitution too. but they too, were killed.
There was a list of players who were banned that night. -
