I believe they will finish outside of top 4, maybe 5th or 6th place. they will also ended up not winning any trophies yet again and not qualifying for CL next season.

I do have a feeling you will be right about City...
They finally buy the title...
Oasis Gallagher who is a well known City fan said recently in the past, ordinary people used to love City... But not anymore... Now the ordinary people that he came across are saying to him you are buying the title... lol...
I beg to differ, city as champions. They have to beat united home or away. can they do it with chelsea and liverpool too? thei midfield are all destroyers, no creative whatsoever. so if nasir does join city, he will be their playmaker, but then what happens when he is injured, cos he cant play all the time in EPL and CL, not to mention FA cup.
I still think United has the advantage even thought city bought Kun and about to buy Nasir. Rooney started the season well, and Young occupied the left wing well, with his pace and delivery. Nani and Valencia can fight it out on the right wing. Park is sidelined, cos of young, so he has to bid for his time. I am wondering why fergie didnt ask Park to play in centre for the dodgy carrick and the inexperienced cleverley.
City have a really good chance this time around... Their whole squad is quality, so even getting injuries won't hurt them as much as the others...
Beating teams in the top 6 isn't going to be a problem, it's just a matter of who plays better or enjoy some luck in the matches on the day... Cos man for man, they are more superior... Experience wise, they have gain more from last season now... Of course United and Chelsea will be there too... It's who suffer more injuries and able to cope better throughout the season...
United are strong but I still belief the new keeper factor will cost them dearly come the end of the season... A keeper can either save you 10 points or lose you 10 points throughtout the season... And I feel De Gea won't save United 10 points this season...
Therefore, City are very genuine contenders for the title to me... The only thing United can hope for is City's lack or experience in a pressure title chase will count to their benefit... But if the gap is too wide by then, it won't matters...
