  And this blog post is amazingly early to write off Torres who only had half a season at Chelsea as a "flop".

  Beware of Torres, I think he will really come good this season if he keeps himself injury free... The only problem for him is, there is no real creative midfielder in Chelsea's game therefore it is a disadvantage there for him... But if they do get one and Torres keeps himself fit... Torres could very well be one of the top scorer this season... The jury is still out on whether he is a flop, but I doubt so having seen what he is capable of in past seasons...

  And Modric £60m? I don't think so too... Maybe they will settle on £30m to £35m in the last few days of the window... It's a case of who blinks first... Since Modric has already hand in a transfer request and Chelsea are rumoured to up their bid to £30m now from £22m earlier... If Spurs hold out longer, they might get more... or Chelsea might just forget about it and look elsewhere leaving Spurs with an unhappy player on their hands...
