The thought of coaching Liverpool has bought Roma coach Claudio Ranieri to his feet, but he showed broad shoulders in relation to his immediate future.

Ranieri claimed his days at Roma were safe on Saturday following suggestions he had five months left in the eternal city as a new contract was yet to land on his desk.
Yet despite his confidence, reports claim Liverpool were looking at him as a possible candidate for a role there following his Premier League experience at Chelsea.
And the 59-year-old from Testaccio has opened the Anfield door.
"I don't know what I will do next year, but I am happy a prestigious side like Liverpool are thinking about me," he told La Gazzetta dello Sport.
He then reminded players of their duties for the season after seeing his side climb the Serie A ladder by moving into third with victory over Cesena on Sunday.
"In general I liked the team's character, we have the will to fight until the end," he concluded. -
