Roaring with delight: Emmanuel Adebayor is desperate to leave Manchester City after falling way down the pecking order
Real Madrid are keen to take Emmanuel Adebayor on a short-term loan from Manchester City but the move will go ahead only when City have completed a deal for Edin Dzeko.
City remain confident of signing the 24-yearold Bosnia striker from German club Wolfsburg but have yet to finalise terms, and while that hangs in the balance Adebayor will remain at Eastlands.
The Togo striker is also wanted by Premier League clubs but Real will pay his £140,000-aweek pay in full — though City would still prefer a permanent deal.
City have also invited Brazil youth international goalkeeper Luis Guilherme to train with them.
The 18-year-old made a similar move to Arsenal when he was 15 — he was looked after by Kolo Toure while at the Emirates — but returned home to sign a professional contract at Botafogo.
I think Mourinho might be the man to coax Adebayor to play his best and he seemed to have a preference for an African to lead the front line.
At Chelsea, he had Drogba as the targetman while at Inter he had Eto'o. So is this rumour to be true again?
imo, adebayor is very very good actually. Good finishing with the head and feet. Can run into positions well. Strong and holds the ball confidently. Why always underachieve huh lol.
typical Black Arse.............head always very big..............brain very small...........

mentally, this guy may be harder than Eto to handle.. but if anyone can do it, maybe Jose can do it..
