Concerns are growing that striker Carlos Tevez will miss the Manchester derby after picking up a thigh injury last week.
The Argentinian ace picked up the injury in the defeat to Arsenal and he has now taken the opportunity to fly home for a complete rest whilst also undergoing a rehabilitation schedule in order to overcome the problem.Tevez looks certain to miss the upcoming Premier League matches against Wolves and West Brom as well as their Europa League fixture against Lech Poznan next week, but they are desperately hoping he will return fully fit in time to face arch rivals Manchester United on November 10th at Eastlands.
