Manchester City v Arsenal 11:00 Mio Channel 102 / 110
Micah Richards says Manchester City team-mate Emmanuel Adebayor took out his 'frustration' at not playing regularly for the club on Lech Poznan and will do the same to Arsenal in Sunday's showdown at Eastlands.
Adebayor had been left out of City boss Roberto Mancini's first choice line-up for the last few weeks and was down in the dumps.
He was recalled against Blackpool last weekend but failed to score before responding with a stunning hat-trick against Lech Poznan in the Europa League on Thursday night.
Now Richards believes the Togo frontman is in the perfect frame of mind to punish the Gunners in the same way.
He said: 'Emmanuel has been quite down for the last couple of weeks but he is buzzing now. He has been hoping for a goal. With a hat-trick he should soon be flying again.
'I can understand his frustration. He is a quality player and when you don't get in the first XI it is frustrating. But we have a dressing room full of international stars, so when a chance comes along, you need to take it.
'I am sure he will play some part. Even if he doesn't start, I am sure he will come on. When he played last time it was his best game of the season. Hopefully he can do well for us again.'
Arsenal's midfield looks very short compare to Yaya, who will seem like a giant... Btw, no Adebayor...
u mean latest match
adebayor on bench?
So, what's the result going to be?
Gunners to be roll over?
Or City can't handle gunners quick passing football...?
Another area to look out for, De Jong to get a red card or give Fab a good kicking?
Wah... City's centre-defender given a red card on the 4th min?
Arsenal huat already... lol.
boyata was sent off for being the last man to haul chamakh down. man city down to 10 men. advantage arsenal.

you dont get sent off for being the last man to haul someone down. you get sent off for denying a clear goal scoring chance.
just saying
Just heard on Tv that City never lose when this referee is in charge of their match... 16 times... Gunners beware...
Arsenal very lucky cos now with yaya taken out to do defensive duties, City's attack becomes impotent...
Gunners just score... 0 - 1.
nice one two passing. man city is going to get thrashed by arsenal passing football.
Arsenal very dangerous with Fabregas back... Nasri also getting better this season...
GOGO Arsenal thrash Mancashter shitty

With 11 men already they need to keep up with Arsenal's quick movement football, now with 10 men... it's going to be very difficult cos you won't have enough man to cover their movement around the pitch... City needs Adebayor... lol.
Denilson looks like that likely one to get send off for gunners next... This match seems quite rough...
Ok lah, how many think Arsenal will end the match with 11 men?
Gunner's 3 central midfielders Fabregas, Denilson and Song all on a yellow already... If this match don't cool down, sooner or later one more will see red... lol.
Add Djourou to that list of yellow cards holders... lol. Gunners got to cool down.
Had Fab scored from the penalty, things can be cool down but he wasted it so now we are back to the high tempo, legs flying in tackles... lol.
Originally posted by dragg:city really positive. they are not showing any sign of being one player down.
i believe there’ll be at least one more red. but which side?
Actually I think they are cos it cause them to change formation, weaken their attacking potential by a lot...
Fabregas penalty was very poor... The height, the position... Should have left it to Nasri...
Here comes Adebayor... Wait he score then run half the field again... lol.
Actually Arsenal also rather lucky cos Song could have seen 2 yellow already...
