BBQ Rub
1/2 cup salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp onion powder
2 Tbsp paprika
2 Tbsp chili powder
2 Tbsp freshly ground black pepper
2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp thyme
1 Tbsp ground cumin
1 tsp nutmeg
Combine al lingredients, mix well. Store in an airtight container. It works well for smoking or grilling all kinds of meat.
