  i often skip breakfast. but usually it will b a bowl of bak chor mee, 2 half-boiled eggs n a glass of ice-milo.

  even though i wake up and work at 7, i tend to go for early lunch nowadays.
  
  ending up with 2 meals a day packed together. 11.30am and 4.30pm.

  to me, my first meal of the day is still considered breakfast, even if it is at 3am.
  
  i have to keep myself in denial about leading a helathy lifestyle with 3 meals a day.
