i read this piece of news with a smile..Unless SAF does a surprise deal and gets a top DM (defensive midfield) in, MUFC's soft belly will still be exposed going into next season. With DF out, hopefully, this fella (Anderson) can step in and give us the steel we need, and the promise that we all saw in his first few games.
Personally, don't think MUFC will buy Modric other than like what RealMadrid said, just to create more mayhem in this transfer saga after MUFC lost a few big stars to RM esp CR#7.
With Baines, he seems old and untested in Europe.
Given what we have now, don't think we can mount a really serious challenge to get back the crown.
I am not sure if Kagawa will play in the centre of midfield. the midfield is still the same old players, carrick, scholes, giggs, anderson, cleverley. Hopefully cleverley is not as injury prone as last season and play at least 25 games in the centre. united is still a long way from challenging barcelona or RM in the CL. just look at our midfield and theirs.

He was so poor against Ajax cape town yesterday.
