its a worry, the trend. united cannot score more than 1 goal since the city defeat, with the exception of benfica 2-2 draw. any team who score 2 goals against united, will win the match like this. although they have tightened at the back, but their goals have dried up since. its not a good sign going into the holiday period in christmas and new year.

united can never compete with barcelona unless they make wholesale changes to the midfield. they need sneider to helm their midfield, but 1 sneider is not enough, as Barcelona has at least 4 play makers, messi, iniesta, xavi, fabregas.

Carling Cup always meant for youngsters what you dunno meh.

well, this cup may needs less compared to the other prestigous cups out there.. but I think it is something that the reserves and younger players look forward to.
with this exit, some of MUFC's reserves will lack the necessary match practise and the younger players a stage to prove they can perform.
And also to lose to CP and at home, it is a worry.
Of course, we can also see the tons of empty red seats.. I guess with the esclating prices, something will give soo.
