I know this is early...but if wanna beat barca in the final must do at least a few things:
1) VDS shouldn't kick high balls up. It is already a challenge to dispossess barca and sending the ball up like that is only going to make it harder
2) Barca players like to get into triangles and make small passes to get out of tight situations. This also makes a monkey out of the chasing player. Utd players must anticipate such movements while someone behind must watch for the sudden killer passes from their players. Just like how iniesta sliced up the entire madrid defence and sent pedro thru.
3) Must always do shoulder to shoulder charge when playing with them. They are so skillfull that physicality must take a stand.

Would love to see the streford end putting this up tonight
main focus is not to see off schalke 04 but for barcelona in the final.

i thought must do 1 and onli things.1) go learn some acting stuff imed.
if no acting skills like nani..very hard to win the best actor award

I am glad Fergie put out a reserved side today even if it means losing this match... The most important one is on Sunday. A draw wouldn't be all that bad either for both matches...

2-1 at old trafford now, aggregate 4-1. Neur had a howler that gifted gibson the goal.
late in the game, need to rest players if it is still 2-1. Nani need some resting, as he played in the arsenal game.

Barcelona are the strongest team but they only play with one style, how they always play.
the way to beat barcelona is to negate their style. We did it when we knocked them out a couple of years ago...need to do the same thing.
In one point of view...united are stronger because we can play any style; barca style, long ball, wide play, or patient/pressuring attack style etc
In this game united need to defend deep and play counter attacking football. The key will be avoiding mistakes. (vidic...that means u!)
must NOT get dragged into their way of playing, then it will turn into a diving exhibition and we will be outclassed.

How did gibson become mom? haha but he showed a lot of quality in the first half. And anderson scored the same number of goals that he could only manage in 4 seasons!
I'm quite glad that utd didn't buy neuer....the first leg, i thought he was pretty lucky to have the balls coming straight at him. This time he's not so lucky....
Fingers crossed......just looking forward to this sunday night.
