3-1. revenge accomplished. I think its good to play everton in the first few weeks of the season at goodison rather than latter part.

many many seasons ago, i remembered united cruising 3-1 and fergie took out keane and RVN I think, and charlton came back to score 3-3.

I feel united should emulate barcelona style of precision passing. some of united passing is long balls which go back to everton or cleared easily by everton defenders. long balls are useless as you are basically gifting the ball back to their defenders and they can launch an attack.

Everton's header was crucial for the team to make a comeback. Their morale rose after that. They cherished the time. Know 1 or 2 more mins will change their fate.

Don't blame Fergie actually. The header from Everton was unexpected. This was the only hope for Everton to comeback. Must salute Everton's never-say-die-spirit instead. Since they didnt hear any FT whistle, the game was still on, which means that Everton had their hope of salvaging a point.
