Ajax's Luis Suarez Will Be Wayne Rooney's Strike Partner At Manchester United Next Season - Report
Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson looks set to add Ajax's Luis Suarez to his shortlist in a bid to find the perfect strike partner for Wayne Rooney.
According to the News of the World, the Uruguay hitman is on the Red Devils' wish-list as they look to add some additional fire-power for next season.
Suarez has been in prolific form in the Eredivisie this term, finding the net 35 times in 33 league games for Martin Jol's side.
Having been linked with a move to Old Trafford in the past, speculation is intensifying that a move this summer may well be on the cards.
It is reported that United have been monitoring the sharpshooter for several months and are readying a bid of £20 million to prise him away from the Amsterdam Arena.
Suarez has been named in the provisional World Cup squad for Uruguay, alongside former Red Devils striker Diego Forlan, and so will look to impress his potential suitors on a global stage in South Africa. -

in other words, dutch league is a step down from EPL, right?
