    nice goal man

probably chelsea win the title liao as they won at anfield. time to regroup and buy 1 or 2 players in the off season and challenge for the league title and CL next season.

well never say never. As long as chelsea draw their last game against wigan and man u wins stoke, then title is still man u's. Fergie predicted that the title race would go to the wire and how right he is.

On the other hand, if man u loses the title to chelsea....i would say they only have themselves to blame. Losing to them at OT was unforgivable. Sigh....time to regroup. The positives are that nani has found his form, we have valencia and rooney this season. Flip side is why renew contracts of the oldies?

  • Rooney9

wt about losing to burnley away?

  • Rock^Star

that was crappy man.....Come to think of it, wigan beat chelsea 3-1 earlier in the season. Let's hope they are chelsea's bogey team again but hmm....i highly doubt so. Once bitten twice shy.

  • Rooney9

its at stamford bridge. if wigan can get a result there, I will be very surprised and happy as well lol. but I dun tink it is going to happen.

    nani from portugal international ?

why his face expression and way he walk... same same like that ronaldo?

  • SGporkz

wah hargreaves on the field for the last seconds of injury time. berbatov finishing sucks man.

Possible for Wigan to gain a point since they won 3-1 before can boost their strengths. Furthermore, Wigan has managed to gain more points from top 4 teams even though they still can't gain any point from Man U.

Points to be taken from the match:

    1. Berbatov needs to be sold, ASAP, to anyone willing to take him. I'm sure Fergie's patience with him has run out judging from his priceless expression when Berbatov could have had a hat-trick. His positioning is poor, he cant shoot, he cant head.

    2. Overconfidence Back 4. How many times United defence was pressured and gave way for Sunderland to counter? I remember Evans, O'Shea and even Vidic grew too much confidence, holding the ball for too long, inviting Bent and Campbell to pressure them into giving the ball away.

    3. John O'Shea. This guy is reserve at best. Please dont play him in the starting line-up Fergie. He has no pace and posseses no threat whatsoever going forward. I've mentioned last season that the only plus points he has is his physical presence. Thats all he has. A good utility man for the team and his place will always be on the bench.

Sorry Sand King, i know O'Shea is your fav, but he really isn't a 1st team material.

    4. Johnny Evans. Now we see why Fergie buys Smalling and tried for Rodwell? Simple, Evans is proned to errors, as seen in the Sunderland match.

    5. Back Pass. Not sure if anyone notice but United always seem to pass all the way back to their goalkeeper quite often, the usual culprit is Evans. Why wait till opposition pressurized you before making a pass when you have plenty of time to do so? icon_confused.gif

    6. Creative Midfielder. Seriously lacking here. Giggs and Scholes are getting old. Look at how much Fergie depended on these 2? They lasted the whole 90 minutes! Nani was the only younger creative midfielder playing last night. What's up with buying Obertan and Tosic only to put on substitute' bench and loan out?

Overall, a robust  performance from Sunderland despite they didn't had anything to play for... The running, the tackles and the never give up attitude had to be applaud.

They gave United a hard time from start to finish and even when they were one down... They also gave the Premier League a good and honest name... Unfortunately, we can't say the same with Pool though... Don't want to say too much about their performance, only they turn over in such a disgraceful fashion it's hard to believed a once prestigious club has been reduce to this low... A sad demise for a once great club... I belief they won't be in the top 4 from this season onwards for a good few years with Spurs and City now looking like they can keep this going even into next season and beyond... Especially City.

well, Sunderland wants to do their best in their last home game (if I am not wrong)..if every team were to do that, then.. maybe.. sigh...

oops, i do hope one team doesn't win it in their last home game.. :P
