to go out on away goals after scoring 3 goals at home is hard to take, esp when its self destructive. not only is it self destructive at home, but also away at bayern when united is leading 1-0 with 12 mins to go when gary decided to intervene with his handball and bayern went on to score. evra dunno do what, dilly dallying in the last min and olic went on to score. what a way to lose the tie, really no eyes to see.
you can put it this way if you want. the gods do not want any english teams in the semi finals of the CL this season and they have answered platini's prayers this season. there are no english teams in the semi's since 2004 season.

what an ironic remark from a non-believer....man u (& arsenal) going out is an act of god(s).
i tell you this much is true, gods have have wearing the wrong red jersey for the past 20 odd years. let's see next year if he will switch to an adidas red.
by the way, is platini a catholic? (dun bash me, i dun go to church)
hmm guys, just a gentle reminder uh, dont start to fool around with religion stuffs. you might just get yourself into trouble. beware..

i dun think you meant `omfg' my team is out...
it's divine intervention that didn't want any english team, including man u to be in this year's ucl.
in any case, i will take that closet man-u supporter above advice and cease the playing the religious line, less your cross-sword buddy goo goo girl come and stain your forum.
you actually set me thinking; why didn't i blame the higher beings for all the misery liverpool endures in the epl?

hahaha liverpool problems is self made really. rafa likes to tinker his team, play his players out of positions, buy too many mediocre players like insua, riera, ngog, lucas, etc, and play negative football. his away match formation is always lucas and mascherano protecting the back 4. his communication with his players, esp those not playing is almost non existent.
We won and we lost.
lolx
none of the English club go Semi Final
Bayern another tyco again
win away goal rule

football focus did share, the last time, no English Team in UCL Semis, was 02/03. I think the cycle is turning and with the outflow of talents from EPL, it is no wonder la.
so we have..german champs, french champs, spanish champs and italian champs...so will these 4 teams perform in world stage at South Africa in 2month's time?...
If the french and italian get into the semis of world cup..it would be very surprising though..
b4 the game, i seriously thought this would be the mother of all comebacks. it did happen though but not for man u lol
ole ole ole ole....................justice has prevailed...................Man U's luck has finally ran out.............
SWAY ah...................too bad Robben's goal didn't come in injury time.................

justice? this is not the finals.
Yes, MU did lost but no glory in twisting the knife.
Ur attempts to incite is pitiful.
Man U should learn not to be self-destructive, especially on defence if they want to get better than that (last season).
If Rafael was never sent off, Man U should be the team to proceed semi-finals, not Munchen. ONLY one people had affected the outcomes but he also did not want that to happen. He had tried the best to hold on.

well, Bayern's coach said it best "no one will know what can happen when 11vs 11".
In a way, I like what SAF is doing. He must be steaming hot, but he channels his energy outwards. I bet he believes 11vs11, outcome may have been different, but to say so, may destroy a young man's confidence and belief.
Soccer is still a team's sport, all work as one. The team lost, let's focus on the last few games. MU still have a blue juggernaut to bring down.
no park, I was very surprised and shocked.
Bayern should be one of black horses to win UCL. They have managed to avoid BArcelona but to have face them in finals if Catalans win against Inter Milan and they win against Lyon.
Given that they were on the verge of being eliminated from UCL before the Juventus clash, they had reached the best already since the '99/00 final lost to Man U. Their recent best performance was on quarter-finals (I forgot the year already) but I remembered they lost 5-2 to AC Milan in aggrevate.

no incite lah............i'm just sooooooooooo happy...............the luckiest team on earth has finally ran out of luck !
sigh it could all have been united in the CL finals instead of bayern if it was not for gary neville crazy handling of the ball and evra dilly dallying of the ball at the last minute at the alliance stadium. in the return leg, it was rafael's sending off that was the pivotal point, damn. it was especially hard to take as it was self destructed by the defenders.
stop whining la..shit happens....esp in football.

could have been Real in the final too...............
could have been Fiorentina too................
could have been Liverpool too...................LOL
never mind, since i predicted correctly the semi-finalists and the finalists as well, Bayern will win this one..................
ya United self destructed, scored 3 goals at home and yet go out on away goals rule haiz.....
