Like i said earlier, Rafael is the one that will cost United to lose. This is the reason why Neville should play in this kind of big match... The 2 yellow cards were really needless ones...
Anyway, I am glad United didn't lose at OT still. They played very well until the sending off... From then on, I knew they wouldn't be able to just defend for more than 35 mins...
Anyway, this was an good match to watch...

1) BM's 1st goal is a stupid one... defence all sleeping
2) SAF never start parking bus even at the start of 2nd half
3) should put kiko on for gibson or valencia if he wan to attack
4) stupid referee give card under pressure
5) giggs for MC is ok, but kiko for gibson is better
6) no fire for whole man utd team at the end....
again.. they lost it themselves.. BM played like shit today.. like i said.. if they played 90min like that play in the first 7min.. no team in the world can beat them... knnbccb....

Why dun fergie go buy a proper RB instead of relying on o shea, wes brown, rafael and gary neville? I hope he does in the off season. united I guess will not retain the BPL title and only consolation for this season, is the 2010 league cup.

I'd have to disagree with you on this.
Neville gave away a freekick against Bayern in the 1st Leg with the use of his hand. Who knows what he'll do if he plays in the return leg.
Rafael is just stupid. I'd think that he's trying to impress since he has replaced Neville. He was overzealous. There was this first half chance where he could have easily squared to Rooney but he chose to go for glory instead. He is inexperience and hopefully, swallowing this bitter pill is enough to wake him up.

To be fair, it was difficult to play with 10 men... You can't play the run and rush cos they have an extra man so you will lose out. Everything was going well until Rafael's silly mistake.
That was the match changing point.
But I was very impress with Nani today. He is getting better and better...

I think Fergie made a tactical mistake in allowing Robben to run freely, concentrating on Ribery instead.
Evra had a disappointing match in my opinion, he failed to stop the cross from coming in and the United backline swicthed off, allowing Olic to steal in for the 1st goal.
The 2nd was a beauty from Robben.
And yes, Nani is improving, but i think he should work on his stamina. Can see that he had difficulty breathing while taking the corner after chasing Evra's high through ball.

time to get a new RB lar. O Shea not a natural RB and so is Wes Brown, whose best position is CB. gary is over the hill and rafael is naive and silly although he got pace to burn. RB is united achilles heel this season, with so many defenders in and out of united RB.

All's done and lost.And now finally we are reeling the effects of the ex world player-Ronaldo and his side kick Tevez whom fergie said is not a scorer.We never replaced him properly with a player probably close to his potential and stature.I gues we gonna end up with nth this season except for the carling cup.Sigh.
As for the match.I could confidently say that united would have scored at least one more goal if we had 11 men on the pitch..god knows what Rafael was thinking in his coconut.FUCKIng reckless..this is not the first time that he's getting cards for his reckless and brainless play,tackles,pushing and pulling of shirts.If you'll notice enough throughout his short career at OT.Really disappointed.But i bet he cried thruckloads in the dressing room...With 10men down,we could only defend and all i knew was dead.We couldn't hold on to possesion and re-org for a proper attack with 10men cause i guess every1 was anxious..kept noticing that the players lost possession or keep hoofing the ball up the pitch to no men's land..Sum up,Bad luck,united need changes especially in the central midfield department.We need a playmaker for next season.To lose it on away goals is a bitter sucker punch
