  According to a report in German daily Bild, Bundesliga side Koeln have secured the services of Manchester United winger Zoran Tosic on a six-month loan deal with an option to make the move permanent in the summer.
  
  Koeln coach Zvonimir Soldo recently expressed his desire to add some more creativity to his squad and the Croatian gaffer made the 22-year-old Tosic his prime target.
  
  A deal already appeared to be on the horizon last week, but the transfer almost collapsed this weekend when Benfica made a move for Tosic, too. However, the Serbian international has made the decision to join Koeln after all.
  
  The Geissbocke have reportedly paid Manchester United €500.000 to loan Tosic until the end of the season.
  
  Neither club has yet confirmed the transfer, but Koeln are expected to announce the deal at a press conference later on Tuesday.

  Manchester United have agreed a deal to loan their Serbia winger Zoran Tosic to the Bundesliga side Cologne until the end of the season.

  Tosic, 22, who signed for United in January 2009, has made five appearances in all competitions at Old Trafford, and had also been a target for Dutch side Twente and for Sporting Lisbon.

  "I am glad my coming here," Tosic told the Serbian newspaper Blic. "I believe I haven't had my final say at Manchester United and that my performances with Cologne will be my ticket back to Old Trafford."

  Tosic's agent Zoran Pavlovic told the paper United had rejected the prospect of a permanent move.

  "There were some offers to buy out Tosic's contract," said Pavlovic, "but Manchester United were unwilling to go for that option. Boss Ferguson is obviously counting on him in the future and so Tosic has been sent out on loan."
