LOl for me i saw more of berba sia lol can see him run up and down, mayb cuz rooney was short so never really catch him. And it seems like in first half, berba was playing at a wing-fwd position to me. -

looking at replay thats a blatant elbow by ballack and ref so near to the action, probably his views blocked.

I think Chelsea isn't as strong as I had thought... I feel Drogba isn't as good anymore... Maybe age is really catching up with him cos I didn't see him bully the defenders like he used to these last 3, 4 yrs... Last year also he wasn't his old self...
Anyway, I thought it was a good match and glad United only lost on penalties... I think they showed they can still cope well without Ronaldo... and with VDS and Vidic back, things will get better...
Anyway, like to say thanks to everyone for giving us 10 over pages of football discussion...

His passes are good. only that he is too slow in terms of pace. there were a few times he produced some exciting passes.
Drogba used to dive but recently, he seemed a lot stronger and stayed on his feet, playing the target man very well in front.
For today, i'd say chelsea deserved the win. They got better chances and their breaks were very nice. lots of little chips and creative passes btw players

Looks like a 4-3-3 to me, still the same formation used when Ronaldo was here. Dunno what change in playing style Fergie was talking about.
Then when Valencia and co. got on, the play was so messy...lol I dont think Utd even had a left winger then. Only Evra was on the left, Giggs, Scholes and Carrick all mid. Or maybe thats what Chelsea's diamond does to the opposition, makes everything in the middle so compact.

Once they brought on Bosingwa, Utd kanna stretched so wide. probably the reason why Cavalho was able to sneek in unmarked...

last season away utd neutralised their fullback 1-1 match. was foster cupable for the 2 goals scored to you?
