Ah well, what to do, ball has always been round. Sounds to me like it was pretty even. As long as it seemed like both sides cared enough to put in some effort, then I'm happy justice was done to a good night of soccer.

Very good match i would say, both sides gave each other a real good warm-up. Bayern played well on their home turf but United showed good team work as well... Overall, I think the fans were the big winners... United had the best chance in the second half... Owen's shot was saved by Bayern's keeper an Rooney blasted over the bar on one occasion when he was clear on goal with only the keeper in his way...
8 penalties total by United... Almost everyone took a penalty except for VDS and 2 others... lol... They had 2 saved while Bayern had 1 saved...
