Phil Brown has not ruled out making a permanent move for Manchester United striker Manucho, despite him scoring just twice in 17 appearances.
The Angola international spent the second half of the season on loan at the KC Stadium.
He has now returned to Old Trafford and has 18 months remaining on his United deal, but Brown is considering a summer swoop.
The Tigers boss is keen to sign two forwards during the transfer window and admits he could be tempted to recruit Manucho, but only if he can agree on a price with United.
"There's mileage in Manucho but how much there is would depend on how much he would cost us," Brown told the Hull Daily Mail.
"He's 6ft 4ins, he's got an eye for goal, he's got pace and he's got an awareness in the penalty box.
"There's certainly potential where he's concerned, but he's a very raw talent."
