Whatever the case, Boro and Newcastle cannot blame Fergie for any reason at all for their relegation..... not after last night's win over their greatest relegation rival.
The Man U 2nd team played pretty well IMHO, albeit with some (understandable) rough edges.
If the first team was a battery of 155mm guns, then last night's team was still a platoon of 120mm baseplate mortars.
