Real Madrid will attempt to lure Cristiano Ronaldo from Manchester United by trading players such as Pepe to the English club, according to reports in Portugal today.
The news comes on the same day that another source claimed that United were ready to sell the winger for around €80 million.
However, Record believes that Madrid will pay €30 million for Ronaldo and will also offer a choice of players for the Red Devils.
One
of those players is reported to be Pepe, who was recently suspended for
ten games for violent conduct during the end of a match with Getafe.
It
should not be forgotten though that Madrid signed the defender for €30
million from Porto a few years ago, and were they to sell him they
would have to find a replacement at the back.
Record also reports that Madrid are ready to pay Cristiano around €13 million a season if he does join them this summer.
The
two major stumbling blocks to any move though are firstly Manchester
United and Sir Alex Ferguson, and more importantly, the player himself.
Only
recently Ronaldo declared his Madrid dream "dead" when he was
questioned about it, seemingly putting an end to any chance of him
moving this summer.
Ferguson would be reluctant to sell his star
man too, especially to a club which Manchester United have developed
such a poor relationship with lately.
on top of everything they paying? if not fk off.

Well, it seems that RM still doesn't get it, at current, MU doesn't need anyone from their team. So a trade is impossible..if U seriously want Ronaldo, 100M please.
