Manchester United's Cristiano Ronaldo has rekindled the flames of animosity between himself and Jose Mourinho through the manner in which he responded to the ex-Chelsea boss' name being brought up in a recent interview.
Back when Mourinho was still lording over Stamford Bridge, he provoked something of a firestorm by claiming a lack of education and 'difficult childhood' were to blame for Ronaldo rejecting his claims that referees favored Sir Alex Ferguson's side.
The Madeira-born megastar has clearly not forgotten about the insult, as was evident in his reaction when Sunday Mirror Sport asked him on his feelings on the Inter coach after their Champions League showdown at Old Trafford.
"I don't want to speak about Jose Mourinho," sneered Ronaldo.
"If you ask me about Sir Alex I will tell you something, but I don't care what happens with Mourinho."
