Sir Alex Ferguson has admitted that Carlos Tevez could be set to leave Manchester United.
Despite reports that Real Madrid and Manchester City have shown interest in Tevez, United had been widely expected to complete a £32 million deal for the 24-year-old as his loan agreement enters its final six months.
But, amid speculation the Argentina star is demanding a £125,000-a-week wage, Ferguson has now revealed United may have to ‘move on’ despite the striker insisting last week that he wants to stay.
“We will just work our way through it and that’s all we can do,” he said in the Daily Star Sunday.
“If it happens, it happens. If it doesn’t, we will just have to move on.
“It’s unfortunate, but that’s life.
“Carlos wants to stay. He’s happy here. I think he’s actually said that to the players.”
real expensive to have tevez
Sigh, so wasted, but at least if he leaves lets hope he leaves on a high. 4 trophies would be a nice reward for all the hard work he put in for us
is this got to do with Tevez's comment (during the Real Madrid Saga)
that C.Ronaldo should leave Man Utd ?
anyone can recall ?
Let him go lah, he is not worth it as he is asking for too much now... Get another top striker at $80k per week will do...
young and good
dun let him go leh
......
his face too retard. spoil the group photo taking session.
i think the transfer fee is too high, considering they signed BBT for so much. and his pay demands just too high.
read in another report that 4m out of the 32m has already been paid. 28m is still too high, let other takers bite lah :(
