well, spurs is holding out for 30m or they will stick him in the reserves.
somehow it sounds similiar to what we doing with Ronaldo.
so a taste of our own medicine, quite ironical in that sense..
Levy won't do dat because they only have 1 proven striker in darren bent and if they don't sell berba, they won't have funds to buy another striker. They will suffer if bent is injuried and they have no other strikers. I'm sure fergie is aware of that and won't go beyond 25 mil.
Whatever price its not important. Just make sure they get him thats the important part... But stupid Keane wasn't helping with his comment on this issue...
Roy Keane, whose Sunderland side inflicted a second successive defeat upon Tottenham, advised Spurs not to capitulate. “You still try to do the right bit of business for the football club,” Keane said. “I don’t mean you should lose money, but you lose the player and try to get the right deal for your club. Trust me, there are not many top strikers out there, so you hold out and, eventually, these big clubs have to pay the money.”

Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson claims he has no clue what is going on with the club's bid to sign Dimitar Berbatov.
The clock is ticking ahead of the transfer deadline but it is believed a meeting could take place in Monaco between officials from United and Spurs in an attempt to thrash out a solution to the Bulgarian's situation.
Berbatov has made it clear he wants to quit White Hart Lane for Old Trafford but Spurs are holding firm on their asking price, believed to be £30 million.
Ferguson has hinted that the hold-up is at Tottenham's end, with the North Londoners looking to bring their own strikers to the club, as Roman Pavluychenko remains closest to arriving.
Andrei Arshavin and Bordeaux's Fernando Cavenaghi are two of the many other names reportedly in the frame.
"At the last press conference, I said I wasn’t optimistic," said Ferguson.
"I'm less optimistic so we'll carry on.
"I've no idea what's going on.
"It's very hard to get communication with some people in life."
i just wish monday would come so this can be concluded..
else, it is getting a bit too stale.
Dimitar Berbatov, looked like he was saying his goodbyes to team-mates as he left the training ground this afernoon. 'Don't forget us,' said one member of staff before Berbatov drove through the gates.
