Neville: Ronaldo Will Stay

  Manchester United captain Gary Neville is confident Cristiano Ronaldo will remain at the club, rubbishing reports that the United No. 7 has decided to leave.

  "He knows he's at the right club," Neville told ITV1. "The adulation he receives, everything he would want is there.
  
  "The manager's made his position clear, so I don't see a problem with that."

  Sir Alex Ferguson’s hopes of keeping Ronaldo took a drastic turn recently when Brazilian website Terra quoted the 23-year-old as saying, "I would like to play for Real Madrid".
  
  But Neville has questioned the validity of the article, adding that anything the former Sporting Lisbon teen does or does not say is going to be spun mercilessly by the media.
  
  "These things always happen when players are away on international duty and are from obscure sources," the England right-back said.
  
  "He's focused completely on doing well for Portugal. Anything he does say will be taken out of context, so he can't win."
