There is something very strange about the number 13 this week... This week, United play Middlesbrough who are so coincidentally number 13 on the table... Then they meet Arsenal on the 13 of April... And to top that all up, 13 days later, they have to go to Stamford Bridge to play Chelsea... Hmmm... weird... Hope nothing unlucky happens...

Manchester United take on Middlesbrough at the Riverside, knowing that victory in their next four games would see them retaining the Premier League title at Chelsea on Saturday lunchtime, 26 April.
Tuesday's 0-2 victory over AS Roma in Italy in the Champions League was Sir Alex Ferguson's 1,200th match in charge of the Red Devils. Sir Alex has now overseen a fifth of United's league games in their entire history and is eager to lead them to a 10th Premier League crown, which would also be the 17th time they were installed champions of England - one behind Liverpool's record 18.
Middlesbrough have won 20 of 70 Premier League games under Gareth Southgate, who's looking for an improvement on their 12th placed finish last season.
The Riversiders have a comfortable eight point cushion between themselves and the relegation zone, but would dearly love to register their 100th all-time home win in the Premier League in this fixture.
United have won three times as many league games as Boro this season (24 to eight), scored 40 more goals (68 to 28), conceded 30 fewer (15 to 45); while the Teessiders have lost 10 more (14 to four).
This is the 100th league meeting of Middlesbrough and Manchester United, and the Red Devils are looking for their 50th win.
MIDDLESBROUGH
Stewart DOWNING is Middlesbrough's top scorer with seven goals. DOWNING is also the clubs' top Premier League marksmen, with six. DOWNING is the only remaining player to have started every one of Middlesbrough's Premier League matches this season.
MANCHESTER UNITED
Cristiano RONALDO is Manchester United's top scorer with 36 goals. The Portuguese is also United's leading Premier League marksman with 26 from 26 starts, and is leading the race for the Barclays Golden Boot.
Middlesbrough have a better Premier League record against Manchester United at Old Trafford, than they have on home soil. The Teessiders have won three and drawn four at the Theatre of Dreams, and won only two and drawn two at home. United are hoping to complete the double over 'Boro for the fourth time in the Premier League, and first since 2000-01.

Ferguson said last week: “He’s very well in training and he’s improving really well. “He’s done a full week’s training with us. Every day he’s been at a really good level, good standard, and I think he’s starting to get nearer. “You will find that Gary is involved in the team quite soon.”
Brown is likely to slot in at centre-half alongside Rio Ferdinand at the Riverside meaning John O’Shea or Neville will step in at right-back.
4-0 win to united..ronaldo rooney tevez to strike once more LOL...alright i am being optimistic..maybe a 2-0
Gary Neville is in contention to travel with a 20-man first-team squad for the Reds’ trip to Middlesbrough on Sunday. Club captain Neville hasn’t featured for Sir Alex’s side since March 2007, when an injury against Bolton Wanderers forced him from the field. Neville was plagued by further bad luck when the 33-year-old suffered a series of minor knocks during the recovery process.
A knee Injury and a subsequent three-week lay-off rules Nemanja Vidic out, but it could open up a route back into the first-team for Neville.
“It’s been over a year since Gary’s last game,” Sir Alex told the press on Friday. “That isn’t easy at his age but what always encouraged us was his enthusiasm to return.
"Nemanja's injury is a loss, but we hope to have him back in three weeks. I think we can cope. We've got Mikael Silvetre and Gary Neville back. To have those personalities and experienced players back in the squad can only help us.There's also Gerard Pique, John O'Shea and Wes Brown. So we're very well covered in that position. If we can't cope, there's something wrong."
Neville has impressed in a number of outings for the Reserves in recent weeks, most recently in Monday’s 1-1 draw with Newcastle United. Now the skipper will return to the North East for the second time in a week as the Reds look to take three vital points off Gareth Southgate’s side.
United will be without winger Nani for the trip to Teesside. The Portuguese winger is still recovering from a thigh strain. "Nani is still not 100%," added Sir Alex. "I'm sure he'll be fit for Wednesday against Roma."
