Brazil boss Carlos Dunga has called up Manchester United's Anderson to replace the injured Kaká
Anderson will step into the squad Brazil's midweek clash with Sweden at the Emirates Stadium in London and will be hoping to earn his fourth cap for the national side.

Nani And Ronaldo Ruled Out Of Greece Encounter
The Federação Portuguesa de Futebol (FPF) have announced that Manchester United duo Nani and Cristiano Ronaldo will miss their side's friendly with Greece at the LTU-Arena in Düsseldorf.
With both sides preparing for Euro 2008, Portugal will feel aggrieved at losing two of their more dynamic players. Nani has a pulled muscle in his right leg, while Cristiano Ronaldo's problems are in his left. -

I think its an excuse to get them out of the friendly.Maybe Quieroz pulled some strings.

this guy doesn't lose the ball much.
however, he lacks the technical skill as per Scholes to hammer the shots.
One thing missing from Pools' game despite the huge ball possession is the lack of shooting from midfield.
If we have someone like Gerrard or Alonso, there would be a few chances coming in from Midfield.
Instead, we stick to usual short passes, to try to expose the defence which is also sound.
but I sometimes just wishes to see a MUFC midfield takes the ball, sidesteps and hammer it to the roof of the net.

The thing is he is only 19 yrs old... I think Kaka didn't even have 4 caps at 19...

Kaka's time won't last long... another 3, 4 yrs and he could be "over the hill" already... At that time Anderson will still only be 23...

Brazil boss impressed by youngsters
Debutant Alexandre Pato and Manchester United youngster Anderson were among the inexperienced second-half substitutes who helped to turn the game in Brazil's favour at the Emirates Stadium.
But while AC Milan forward Pato - who scored the game's only goal - was given a hero's reception by a large Brazilian following, Anderson received far less hospitable treatment.
Large sections of Arsenal fans booed his every touch, but he still showed some of the skills which have excited the Old Trafford faithful this season.
And Dunga was impressed with the way he shrugged off the jeers of the crowd.
He said: "Because he plays with Manchester United there is some feeling there, but it is not because of the football that he played.
"He showed his personality. He showed that his characteristics are strong.
"If he didn't rise to the challenge then it would be a problem for him."
