Huntelaar: I Want To Join A Top Team

Ajax striker Klaas-Jan Huntelaar told Sportweek that when he leaves Ajax, he wants it to be for one of the top clubs in Europe...
The 24-year-old admits that the prospect of him securing an immediate move abroad are slim, but that he has his eye on a top club in future.
"My contract runs until 2010, and there are no sell-on contracts and no need for the club to offload me," he conceded.
"Lots of factors play a role here: what will Ajax do, what club will come in for me, and when?
"But Ajax can help me earn that move, as well as myself. They gave me the opportunity, and made me what I am."He's in no doubt as to what kind of move he wants, too.
"Everyou wants to sign for the sort of club that plays to their strengths," he explained.
"So, I'd like an offensive side that operates in the opponent's box a lot. And I want it to be a top team. I wouldn't leave Ajax in the lurch for anything less." -

I dunno why, but my Ferdinand disappeared from the whole game. Vidic dropped to reserves, currently selling him for 250k.Now using Pique haha. Damn good. His reputation is worldwide. haha!

Schuster Confirms Huntelaar Interest
Despite Klaas-Jan Huntelaar himself playing down rumours of a move to Real Madrid, Bernd Schuster has admitted he would jump at the chance to sign the Ajax captain in the summer.
“As far as I’m concerned, Huntelaar’s level is up there with Johan Cruyff, Marco van Basten and Ruud van Nistelrooy,” the German coach told Sportweek magazine.
Schuster mentioning Van Nistelrooy is not without a reason, as it is believed that the 48-year-old boss thinks Huntelaar would be the perfect successor to his compatriot, who will turn 32 in July.
“Dutch football is well known for producing strikers of this kind. Huntelaar is the type of player every club would wish for, lively and effective at the same time. Looking ahead to next season he’d certainly fit into my plans.”
