  Maybe because he is a goalkeeper so its different a bit... It seems like a lot of the rules we are not to clear sometimes... Like that match Arsenal and Boro... Although Aliadiere may have been offside but the ball was played to Tuncay and he wasn't... And Adebayor had a goal rule offside although it hit the Boro defender last but he wasn't deem to be playing the ball back intentionally as replay clearly showed...

  So there are quite a few unfamiliar rules that we are still not too clear with though... the Tuncay one I guess many already knew about it for sometime now...

  Haha, after seeing Foster's performance in the Derby game, i think he is good enough to be 2nd choice Gk for now (:

  2nd choice? apart for his kicking in the starting few mins, which I downplay is due to nerves, he gave quite a good performance given he just came back from injury..

  I was quite surprised that he was able to hit the ball from one end of the field to another. Will be an effective tool if used properly.

  Also,his handling is quite firm leh and he showed good reflexes in saving those two shots..

  EDS is good, but his reflexes are slower but he compensates with his long reach. I do think Foster may be better in that reflexes area.

  So I think with more experiences under his belt, Ben could be ready to step up.

  Ben Foster is still expecting to spend some time on loan away from Manchester United despite making his debut for the Red Devils this weekend.

   

  With Edwin van der Sar injured and Tomasz Kuszczak suspended against Derby on Saturday, Foster was handed his United debut between the sticks.

  Despite impressing in the 1-0 victory over the lowly Rams, Foster has no thoughts of finishing the season as the club's first choice goalkeeper.

  The former Watford loanee does not think it would be right to be bumped ahead of either keeper in the Sir Alex Ferguson's pecking order, although he is still keen to play first-team football.

  "I've only been back from injury two weeks and I was delighted to get the game, but I'm not looking to overtake the other guys," said Foster.

  "If I was Edwin van der Sar or Tomasz Kuszczak and I was being kept out of the team I'd be very disappointed.

  "I don't expect to be in the team. I may have to go out on loan for the rest of the season to play some games and then maybe next season it will be a different story."

  JUSSI JAASKELAINEN could have played his last game for Bolton after he was sidelined for the rest of the season with a back injury.

  Losing the Finnish keeper, who is out of contract in the summer, is another major blow for the Trotters.

  They remain in the bottom three following yesterday’s dismal defeat to 10-man Wigan.

  Boss Gary Megson admitted: “Jussi’s out for the season now. He’s been told to take six weeks’ rest to see if his back problem can be resolved.

  “After that he may need an operation — but even if he doesn’t then that’s him done for the rest of this season.”

  Jaaskelainien, 32, was crocked in the warm-up before the UEFA Cup tie with Sporting Lisbon at the Reebok 11 days ago.

  Oman keeper Ali Al Habsi has filled in since, while former England international Ian Walker is also on the books.

  Jaaskelainen has not ruled out staying at the Reebok.

  But Celtic are among a number of admiring clubs.

  I think Rooney and Tevez will play with Ronny given a rest for the Pool match coming up on Sunday. Midfield also i think Scholes will not start... Maybe Owen, Anderson and Fletcher as United need more physical strength in the middle to deal with Bolton's style...

  Bad news for United... Their match against Pool on Sunday will be refereed by one of the 3 anti-united referees... Steve Bennett... The other 2 are Rob Styles and Martin Akinson...

  This Bennett has already sent-off Ronaldo 2 times already and will always try to make it as difficult as possible for United to win... The only good thing is he isn't as bad as the other 2 guys... Styles and Akinson.

  Howard Web is a better referee...
