Sir Alex Ferguson has made a mistake, Sportsmail online can exclusively reveal.
No sooner had the Manchester United manager secured the services of striker Manucho last month, than he has loaned the Angola Africa Cup of Nations star out to Panathinaikos.
And Sportsmail online has uncovered video evidence which suggests that Sir Alex is missing a trick by allowing the 24-year-old centre forward to head to Greece.
Before you all shout out that he's not needed at Old Trafford, take a look at the belter Manucho scored against Egypt and imagine him in the same side as Ronaldo and Rooney.
Manucho signed a three-year contract with United during last month's transfer window after moving from Angolan side Petro Athletico.
"After the Africa Cup of Nations I will return to Luanda and then head to Athens," Manucho said. "I am looking forward to playing in Greece before hopefully being a success at Old Trafford."
Ferguson, who has steered United to nine League titles, explained: "We have farmed him out to Panathinaikos for the rest of the season as he will get games there. "They have a Portuguese coach Jose Peseiro and as Manucho speaks Portuguese, it is comfortable for him."
But here at Sportsmail online, we think Fergie's had a senior moment. Take a look at this footage and see for yourself.
However Fergie's old rival, former Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho doesn't think the striker will ever return to Old Trafford.
Mourinho said: "If you asked me whether I believe one day he will play for Manchester United I have my doubts.
"I do not know if he will progress so well that he can play for one of the best teams in the world. "But he is clearly a very good talent. He's ready to play in European football. "He will go to a good club in Greece, with a good coach who I believe can help him in his development as a player."
wow...he ish gd
