Manchester United have invited Gothenburg starlet Nicklas Barkroth for a one-week trial in October.
The 15-year-old became the youngest player ever in the Swedish Allsvenskan when he made his debut against Brommapojkarna in September.
The talented striker is tipped to be a huge star in the future and Gothenburg academy boss Thomas Gertmo is delighted to hear that he has attracted the interest of Sir Alex Ferguson's scouting team.
"The invitation from Manchester United looks a good and serious concept."
Gertmo told the club's official website.
"It will be during the autumn break. Both Nicklas and his parents are pleased that the studies won't be affected."
Barkroth hopes to make a good impression as he would love to one day play in the Premier League.
"It will be a good experience and I will get to know more about English football." he told GT.
"It's my big goal, but that will be in some years."
