MANCHESTER United rebel Gabriel Heinze has said ‘No’ in three languages as the club desperately tries to off-load him.
They are so anxious to prevent the Argentine defender signing for Liverpool, they have now offered him to Spanish giants Barcelona.
The Old Trafford club have also contacted Juventus, Real Madrid and Lyon but Heinze is refusing to go anywhere except Anfield.
He will learn his fate tomorrow, after a Premier League tribunal meets to untangle a confusing situation that centres on a document signed by United chief executive David Gill.
Heinze’s legal team claim that the letter confirms he can be sold to another club if they meet the £6.8million asking price.
Liverpool immediately matched that valuation with a formal offer, which was rejected by United.
They insisted they had made it clear they would not sell to the Merseysiders or any other Premiership rival.
Heinze and his advisers dispute that and have now gone to football’s ‘high court’ for a final decision.
