Roy Keane has laughed off suggestions that Manchester United midfielder Paul Scholes could move to Sunderland this summer.Reports in the North-East had suggested that Scholes could link up with his former United team-mate Keane at the Stadium of Light.
But the Black Cats boss told the Sunderland Echo: "There's no chance of that happening, never was.
"He will be coming to Sunderland this season, I have no doubt about that. But he'll be wearing the red shirt of Manchester United."
Sunderland are hoping to sign "four or five" new players over the next week, Keane has revealed.
