  Sunderland manager Roy Keane hopes to sign Manchester United midfielder Kieran Richardson this week for £2.5million, despite interest from Everton.
  
  Mikael Silvestre is also destined to leave Old Trafford for Bordeaux in a £3m deal.
  
  Everton and Middlesbrough are keen on a £6m deal for England striker Alan Smith and United could put the money towards a bid for Blackburn's Benni McCarthy.

  i dun think silvestre should leave until we buy 1 more DL coz its very likely that henize will go after the copa ameria looking at the number of rumours linking him to real barca juventus++++
