United slammed over Nani

Chelsea scout Piet de Visser insists Manchester United paid over-the-odds for Nani.
The Dutchman, a personal adviser to Blues owner Roman Abramovich and one of their main scouts, is known as one of the best judges of talent in Europe.
Talking to Dutch television, de Visser revealed that he and Chelsea were well aware of Nani - but he was not worth the money that United paid.
"Of course we knew about Nani for a long time," he told Tien TV.
"He is a talent, but if you look at the European Championship in Portugal and the current tournament in the Netherlands - Nani has not shown any progress.
"Therefore I think Manchester United have paid too much money for a player who has talent, but has not developed since last year."
De Visser also revealed that he was looking at up to four players at the current European Under-21 tournament.

Nani injury played down
Portugal Under 21 coach Jose Couceiro has played down the severity of the ankle injury Nani suffered on Saturday.
Manchester United's recent acquisition had to be stretchered from the field in Portugal's 4-0 win over Israel's youngsters.
It proved a mixed night for the talented youngster as he scored a fine goal on 52 minutes before being forced out of the action.
Couceiro conceded he was unsure of the nature of the injury, but believes it will not keep the youngster on the sidelines for too long.
"I don't know, but I don't think it's a big problem," he told Sky Sports following Saturday's convincing victory. -

last season our new recruit Carrick also got a knock on the ankles before the season started proper. i remember seeing the picture of Fergie's black face as Carrick got strechered away.
now this to Nani. maybe it's a sign, new guy gets knocked on the ankles, United win a trophy. -
Anw though, i think Chelski r just trying to start the mind games early. their trying to add negative pressure in the hope that Nani and Anderson will stumble.
For all we noe, some time down the road, a report will come out saying Chelski made an approach early on for Nani but were snubbed.
Besides, i remember reading a variation of this report with the scout supposedly saying that the reason they didn't want Nani was because he did too many tricks and was too solo and his crosses were so-so, ending that off with "just like Cristiano Ronaldo when he first went to Man United."
