Form requires the following fields:
1) M/F/G/L (gender)
2) Partner M/F/G/L (gender)
3) Age
4) Hobbies
5) Choice of date*
*Dates can be given in a range. Eg. 24/7 ~31/12. Or can be specific like every saturday.
PS: Does not necessary mean a blind date outing lar. Juz an outing to let everybody have fun. One thing though, no one is taking the responsibility if you cannot find any partner of your interest should this outing take place (LoL)
